There are people who leave a mark wherever they go, people who surprise, who make people laugh, cry, who make us want to improve ourselves and, above all, who have the ability to motivate others.
Valenti Sanjuan is one of those people who manage to motivate others with their good humor, their spirit of improvement, their vitality and love for life.
The ability to motivate others Who is Valenti Sanjuan?
Valenti Sanjuan is a well-known professional in radio, television, film, and advertising. In recent times he has been seen as director and presenter of the programs “Etiquetats” (Televisió de Catalunya), and the online program “Visto lo visto”, with more than one and a half million spectators per month. At first glance, Valentí can seem like a successful young professional, but his achievements go beyond that.
“I will not stop until I’ve traveled the whole world,” says Sanjuan’s Facebook page, which is defined as Ironman, Ultraman, and Batman (the first two in reference to his participation in the world triathlon races of the same name). Sanjuan has become even more known, if possible, for the good results in some of the toughest endurance sports competitions in the world. He edits and uploads the videos he makes in his adventures, with the aim of motivating others and showing that it is possible to achieve the challenges we propose.
One of the most outstanding achievements of Valenti Sanjuan and, in his own words, one of the proudest is the tour of the Camino de Santiago that he made in December 2013. On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the death of his mother, Sanjuan embarked on a new adventure to Santiago de Compostela. His goal was to complete, in 13 days, the Barcelona-Santiago route, passing through France and arriving in the city of Xacobea on December 31, the anniversary of the death of his mother. To do so, he cycled the first 600 kilometers of the route and completed the rest of the trip, arriving in Santiago on the day he had set his goal.
Motivate others, one of the goals of Valentí Sanjuan’s videos:
The example of Valenti Sanjuan serves us today to exemplify a case of self-improvement and personal motivation and, at the same time, this young communicator and athlete gives a great lesson on how to motivate others. Your social networks, online video channels, and public appearances are always a clear explosion of positivism and a great way to convey the message that many people should internalize: “If you want, you can”.
