How do we do it? We meet by phone with the client because, first of all, we need to know why they meet, the reason for the event, who the participants are, where they come from, what is the relationship between the participants and the organizing company, which they have done in meetings previous, etc. Once we know all this, we can offer the buyer our different ranges of customized Team-Building activities. Do you want a city event, an outdoor event, an event in the room? We need to see your reactions to our suggestions. We need to know your tastes to detail the Team Building as much as possible. And, once we have reached a consensus of what you like, is when we can offer a brief description and the guide price of the project.

When we work with agencies, it is the agency that is responsible for convening the meeting and, sometimes, if you want, also attend this information gathering. Everything starts by calling the final company to a video conference.

We are at your disposal to meet with the client the day you want and the time you want. We give you one hour of free consulting. Normally, in less than half an hour of meeting, we are already clear about what fits the client and in half an hour of work more, we can present a proposal to you.

For very sophisticated projects that require more than an hour of work and take a lot of creativity, we will quote you the price of that creativity and, once an economic agreement is reached, it is when we will make the project to your measure.
