Well in the Marketing department, the commercial, the HR or sometimes, from General Management there is the need to organize a convention or company meeting. From there, our work begins, which we can divide into several stages:
What is the purpose of your meeting? How many participants do you plan to attend? On what dates? What budget do they have? We will ask you these questions and many more, we will listen carefully to understand what your needs are and to be able to offer you the best alternatives that suit the objectives pursued.
We look at our portfolio with more than 200 different Team Building activities and in a fast but effective way, we send you the most appropriate ones. In the case that it is necessary to do something to measure our design department meets with the production department and together we create a solution according to your objectives. We create the solution or solutions in a proposal where the place, the dates, the type of activities and the budget are specified. And we propose it so that the agency and the client evaluate our ideas to confirm their approval.
Sometimes a conversation with the end customer is necessary. Once your preferences are understood, we can talk to the final client and your agency about the entire project, explaining it from beginning to end, emphasizing the details of it and helping them visualize what will happen during those three hours they are doing the activity. of Team Building.
Once we have confirmed the project and entered a deposit account, our production department starts up. To get closer to perfection you have to take care of even the smallest detail. And that’s why we work with methodology and processes that, with experience, we are improving.
We have a list with all the steps to carry out during the pre-event (reserve the location, decide who will be responsible for each task, what vehicles we will use, loading and assembly schedules, etc. and so on up to a total of 49 We have lists with all the necessary materials for each of our 200 Team Building projects, ready in hand, the warehouse staff is dedicated to preparing and putting everything necessary in the cargo area.
All the material is packed and loaded onto the truck for safe transportation to the event site. For this we have a truck with loading platform, a van, a 4 × 4 vehicle and three trailers.
A team of monitors leaves at the scheduled time. We have as a rule to leave three hours before what we apparently think is necessary. Any unforeseen event such as a puncture, a traffic jam or other problem should never be a problem. And so we travel with tranquility and security.
Once at the place of the event, flat in hand, we assemble everything necessary for the Team Building event. Tents, banners, decorative flags, sound equipment and the rest of the materials are perfectly placed. Our rule is to always have everything ready one hour before the event begins. Because we know that the agency and the end customer is reassured to see everything in order with some time in advance.
We receive the participants, we help them to achieve the necessary humor and attitude, we inform them, we organize in teams and we invite them to participate. Neither the person responsible for the agency nor the person responsible for the company has to worry about anything. Only to bring the participants to the agreed place. We take care of absolutely everything, from beginning to end.

We have more than 50 games, simple and fun challenges, which serve to break the ice and put you in a good mood. We are used to doing several of these exercises for about 10 minutes. And we make you predisposed to have a fun time, during the rest of the day.
Sometimes the client gives us a list of the teams already formed and we just have to read it, and other times we have to organize the teams. We have several ways to organize the teams, some of them very funny because they are a game.
The briefing usually lasts between 5 and 10 minutes. During the briefing, we inform you of everything you need to know so that the rest of the event goes smoothly. What are you going to do? How? How are the teams formed? We explained everything and opened a question time so that no one would be left without understanding something.
Through one or several exercises we encourage you to participate and to excel as teams. Our challenges are always explained following a few steps:

The necessary skills
During the event there is always a person in charge who supervises all the activity and ensures the safety of the participants.
At the end we almost always hold a recognition ceremony and, if they deserve it, we proceed to give them the congratulations and, in the case of a competitive event between teams, prizes for the best teams. Finally, we say goodbye to the participants and let them leave the place with motivating music and feeling like heroes.
Once the event is over, our work continues. Now it’s time to dismantle everything, save it, replace it, etc …
