Many years ago we realized the importance of music in team building events.

With music, we will not only raise the spirits of the participants and put them in a good mood, but we can also achieve certain concrete feelings: they will feel heroes, adventurers, members of a team, brave, winners, etc …

Not only is it important to understand the rhythm of the event and how we can motivate them at each moment with a specific music, but also we must have at hand the technical and musical resources necessary to improvise and have a DJ, a professional and powerful sound equipment for that the sound of the music in the team building events touches the fiber of the participants.

In Dreams & Adventures we have 3 professional sound teams, six more portable and lightweight to be able to attend an awards ceremony that is sometimes held in a different place of the event and a wide collection of selected songs in Spotify, to be able to impact on the mood of the participants to the event at any time.
