In the same way that they say that one of the strategies and techniques to make a woman fall in love is that she sees you cooking with love for her, we, who dedicate ourselves to team building, know and say that a good way to create a team and create “Team feeling” is to put all the team members together to cook the food that the team will then taste.

At Dreams & Adventures, we are very aware of the importance that cooking together we can achieve; for this reason, we have created several Team Building activities focused on culinary events. These culinary events are perfect to strengthen ties between members of a group, foster trust, and cooperation and promote teamwork while enjoying a very entertaining time that revolves around food.

These are some of the most outstanding culinary events that we offer organized by categories:

1.- Culinary events of teambuilding in the kitchen: Equipment to the kitchen!
In these culinary events, participants should work as a team to prepare the most delicious recipes following the advice of experts in different culinary disciplines:

The Cooking team

The activity begins by giving the teams a recipe for cooking and assigning a budget. To prepare them, they must decide the necessary ingredients and go to the market to acquire them. These culinary events end with a delicious feast in which all the teams will enjoy the magnificent dishes they have prepared. Cooking paellas and barbecues are the most common, but we have also had teams of companies that have made fish soup, salads, and tortillas.

The Cake Baker

Culinary events that include sugar do not disappoint anyone! This activity, designed for amateur confectioners, invites participants to make their own cake thanks to the expert instructions of professional confectioners. The teams must make the most original cake to win the prize in the final tasting.

The Chocolate Club

If we think of culinary events, chocolate sooner or later comes to mind. In this event, the participants will suck their fingers in a fun activity in which they will be the creators of their own chocolate. Several chocolate professionals will explain to the teams the tricks of making the sweet dessert, and these should be applied to win the prize for the best chocolate.

Molecular cuisine

The molecular kitchen is gaining ground among the most famous international chefs. In this activity, the participants will get into the skin of the greats of gastronomy, learning to understand the processes of molecular cuisine. New products, tools, new methods … The experts in molecular cuisine will reveal to the participants the true essence of molecular cuisine and they will be able to experiment with their own recipes. Who will win the “Molecular Cuisine Award”?

2.- Culinary events of search, adventure, exploration and/or tasting: The gymkhanas team building and the urban culinary routes.
These culinary events include a city, an established route or a gymkhana team building where each team makes its route solving challenges and stop in the best tapas and wine tasting. A gastronomic and urban experience that everyone will enjoy!

The Gymkhana team building Tapas Hunt

The teams will become historians and, equipped with a compass, a map and a questionnaire with questions, will participate in a fun game and will have to pass numerous tests, such as discovering places, finding objects and reaching the finish line in the shortest possible time. In these culinary events, the reward is part of the way, as the participants will make 2 or 3 stops in 2 or 3 different bars where they can enjoy delicious tapas.

The “Barcelona tapas tour”

The culinary events are a great opportunity to relax and enjoy, and the “Barcelona Tapas Tour” allows you to discover not only the gastronomic side of the city but its unique corners, its history and the anecdotes of the city. Participants will visit various taverns within a tasting and tapas circuit. The tasting and pairing workshop included in the activity is a great way to learn about the particularities of certain wines and the possibilities of pairing with the corresponding tapas.

The “Madrid Museums and Tapas Tour”

The city of Madrid is unique, as is its gastronomy. The gastronomic route proposed by the culinary events “Madrid Museums and Tapas Tour” allows you to discover the curiosities of the city and make a tasting and tapas circuit through different taverns in Madrid. The route includes the districts of Cava Baja, Cava Alta, Plaza Mayor, and Vistillas. The Wine Tasting Experience

Possibly the most refined of the culinary events of Dreams & Adventures. In the hands of a master taster, participants will receive an introductory class on the world of wine and tasting. After this, you can taste an excellent variety of Spanish wines and participate in an entertaining blind wine tasting.

The team building “The Barman”

Inventing a new cocktail will be the goal of the participants in the culinary events “The Barman”, which have expert mixologists to show the teams the true secrets of cocktail professionals. Ingredients, measures, utensils … The teams will test their creativity to create the most innovative cocktail ever seen and get the most votes in the final competition.
