We have bad news. This week we heard about the sad news of the death of our beloved Isabel Melian, co-owner of the MTZ incentive agency in Madrid. Isabel stopped working a few months ago to fight against her illness when finally, the long lung cancer was stronger than her iron will and has ended her life.

Isabel was one of these professionals in the MICE sector (meetings), with many years of experience with which we have collaborated on multiple occasions.

Passionate in her work, creative, decisive, kind and excellent person, are some of the things that come to mind while we remember her in the Olympic stadium of Montjuïc and in various hotels and while working in various projects in various parts of Spain. Always friendly, always positive, always eager to contribute and improve the events with her ideas and enthusiasm. Receiving a call from Isabel seeking advice and ideas from Team Building for an incentive or a convention was always a whirlwind of good vibes and professionalism that made us happy.

In these moments of pain in which we remember her with all the affection of the world we want to dedicate our homage here. Isabel leaves a great emptiness but also leaves us great memories.

From here we want to convey our love to her family, her partner Fay Taylor and all the people who, like us, appreciated her and we regret her final goodbye.
