Shit, is it Friday already? … Reflections on how your attitude towards Fridays defines your degree of passion for what you do.

Shit, it’s Friday!

A reflection on how your attitude towards Fridays can define the degree of passion with which you live what you do.

When Friday arrives, we always read messages on social networks that refer to us at the end of the week and the weekend comes, often relief messages in the style of “Finally Friday! “Or” The weekend is here! “… Reading them one gets the feeling that some people feel like slaves working from Monday to Friday, they see themselves as if they lived in a prison and they were counting the days and the hours to get out of it and enjoy freedom. And that when Friday comes is a great relief.

I have always been surprised to see this kind of messages and this attitude. The truth is that I can understand it but fortunately, I have never had this feeling. Some do not live it that way. Some of us work and live doing different things almost every day, not all of them are pleasant, but we like what we do, and we do not care whether it is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. We are passionate about what we do from Monday to Sunday and when it arrives on Friday we do not even think about celebrating it as if we arrived at the end of an ordeal and we were to leave prison.

Every day we have more or less the same problems and more or less the same satisfaction and, therefore, there is no difference from Friday to Saturday. I do not know … Some of us live passionate about what we do in our work and when Friday comes, we do not think anything or sometimes we think:

“Shit, is it Friday? The week has flown by, I’ve been so immersed in a thousand things, so busy and passionate chasing my dream, that I have not even heard that it’s been all week and, fuck, I have not I was able to do all the things I wanted to do “…

And you? Are you one of the “How cool is it Friday” or “Shit, is it Friday already?”
